• Mission Stament

To help people come into their bodies. To open the doors to their hearts and minds so that the truth of their spirit becomes accessible.

My passion in exploring ultimate human potential has led me to decades of immersion in diverse ancient and modern healing techniques.

I am an Holistic Health Practitioner, instructor of massage and yoga, and avid surfer, snowboarder, and traveler.

With over 20 years and thousands of hours of intensive study and practices of yoga, bodywork, meditation, movement, nutrition, spirituality and coaching, I have developed the tools and unique ability to integrate multiple modalities to support others to experience physical, mental and spritual wellness. My practice is characterized by a respect for the intelligence of the body, joyful effort, and a spirit of playfulness.
